Analysis of costs and profitability in cheese production and elaboration of the Karlita distributor
Abstract
Currently, production costs as many companies and entrepreneurs know it, is the expense necessary to manufacture a good or to generate a service in the commercial environment, applying all its calculations and elements, in order to develop a cost model towards profitability and results. based on the stated objectives of those who carry them out. This with the intention of improving control in production processes.The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of determining the improvement in the control of production processes in the elaboration of cheeses by the distributor "KARLITA PRODUCTOS 3K", of the canton LA MANÁ, in the period 2020 ", of such way, considering compliance with the objective of analyzing each of the processes that apply for the elaboration of the product. The results of said cost process will contribute to accurately identify the investment that is needed for the production process, avoiding wasting resources and unnecessary efforts that attribute to the cost of the product, in turn describe and conceptualize each of the activities that are carried out in this research process to analyze the necessary procedures and determine the production costs by processes and their profitability in the KARLITA 3K distributor.
